If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for [a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.] To make a return: Items must be unused or unworn. Items must still be in their original packaging.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
