National Director, Pageant Coach & Behavior Therapist Cicely Majeed, is the Founder and CEO of Rainbow Universe Pageants & Youth Services - RUPYS (under the parent company umbrella of Angelic Rainbow Enterprises which also houses Sandalphon's Heart & Home (orphanage), THINK Higher Spirit Academy (Higher Level Thinking High School), and RainbowUP Center 4 Youth Excellence (All Inclusive Youth Center). RUPYS is an inner beauty pageant system and youth services organization for youth and young adults ages 13-24. She has over 12 years of experience as a Youth advocate for troubled youth and youth from all walks of life. She is a Behavior Therapist, Life Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Motivational Speaker and Brain Trainer specializing in Self-Esteem, Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, & Behavioral Metamorphosis.
