Rainbow Universe Pageants & Youth Services is a very unique and innovative pageant system. We don't just produce pageants, we cater to the personal development of youth ages 13-24. Our purpose and mission is to inspire and motivate them to excellence and that means we coach them to strive for a healthy level of self-esteem, self-worth and self-regulation. We provide seven different types of services to support that goal and one group of extra services for those who desire more depth in their growth journey. Our programs and services include: pageant productions, support from external sources and associates, memberships, workshops, life & wellness coaching, personal development & leadership courses, and a national franchise program for business savvy individuals seeking partnership and connection with RUPYS. Lastly, we want to make sure we are open about the costs of our services (some are offered free of charge!) Therefore, you will find a complete price list so you are prepared ahead of time with knowledge of what you are purchasing and how much you need to spend to purchase it. BAB Jr./BYOB
If you are a youth between the ages of 16-24 and you are interested in building your own business then you are invited to sign up for membership with BAB Juniors BYOB. BYOB stands for Build Your Own Business and we provide the resources and tools that you need to get your start up off the ground and running. All you need to do is fill out the registration form below (click the "purple button") and pay monthly or annually. The monthly fee is $10 per month (that's it!) or you an pay $75 for an annual membership subscription. We don't want you to miss out on networking with like-minded young entrepreneurs like yourself, making connections with big name business owners and leaders, taking advantage of our perks and benefits, learning the ins and outs of being a business owner, getting awesome resources like access to capital, joining rapid fire challenges, getting to know and understand your target market, and much more!

We have six levels of participation and competition: Preliminary Pageants, Online Pageants, State Pageants, National Pageants, Specialty & Monthly Mini Pageants. Each level has a different number of activities and prize packages. Our contestants are required to participate in pre-pageant workshops that prepare them for competition & post production.
We reach out to businesses and youth advocates to support our mission, values, vision, and goals. That support comes in the form of sponsorship, vendors, superheroes (volunteers), partnerships & directors.
We have a unique pageant system that consists of five different types of memberships. They include Brainy Gals & Guys for previous contestants, Brainy Gals & Guys for external youth, Brainy Pals for parents of contestants & volunteers, BAB & BAB/BYOB Jr. & our Happy Birthday To Ya Club!

Image Consulting
We also have tailored Image Consulting Classes to make sure our youth clients are ready for anything & compete with confidence if they are a contestant. Image Consulting is for anyone whether they are in a pageant or not and is designed to help youth build the image they want to present to the world.
We also have Life & Wellness Coaching. Coaching is for youth who need help or clarity with their path in life. It is strategically designed to help youth with their destiny call and create goals and a workable and effective plan to fulfill that destiny.
As we plan to motivate youth to excellence we know they need to develop their persona and leadership skills to feel and be competent in such a competitive world. Therefore, we provide courses to assist youth to grow personally and learn how to be in control and assertive in life.
Another way to improve critical thinking and mind elevation is through our NLP program. Neurolinguistic Programming is all about brain training and making sure you are thinking in the direction where you want to go. Youth can sign up for adolescent or young adult level sessions to improve cognitive functioning and make sure their thoughts match their actions.
