Hey RainbowUP Village Besties! It's Wednesday, time to think about wellness again but I hope you do this every day and then think about renewal or where you are at in your wellness routine on Wednesday so you can finish the week out strong and relax on the weekend! This Wednesday I wanted to do something different. I will be posting check-ins on Wednesdays now so you can check in with yourself and see if you may need a break, take a walk, drink a glass of water, do some grounding exercises, do a guided meditation, say some affirmations, listen to some spa music or healing music, grab a treat to spoil yourself or call a friend that you love, or whatever you need to do to bring yourself back to center, feel balanced and then carry on with whatever you were doing before I interrupted your flow - lol. So today, I want you to check in with yourself by taking a look at the image I posted below and check your mental state. Wellness isn't about just doing what you need to do to feel good. Sometimes you need to check in with yourself and see if you are feeling bad, if something just doesn't feel right, if you are feeling drained or overwhelmed. You need to be able to recognize this and do what you need to do to take care of yourself so you feel good again. Maybe you need some support emotionally or in another way - ask for help or talk to someone. Read the info below and see if anything resonates with what you are feeling right now (compliments from one of my connections) and remember to take care of your needs, notice the pain points and figure out why you feel that way so you can....be well!

You don’t have to reach your limit before your needs deserve attention.

It’s easy to notice when your phone is running low.

It can be harder to recognize the same pattern in yourself.

You might find it difficult to concentrate, feel less patient than usual, or realize that the things you normally enjoy have started to feel like another task.

Those moments are worth paying attention to, not judging.

And remember, you don’t have to feel energized all the time to be doing well.
